From a handful of determined and passionate women, Women United has grown into a national network of over 70,000 members in over 120 U.S. communities. The concept recognizes women as a powerful force. Nationally, Women United members have contributed more money than any other similar women's group, raising over of $2 billion since 2002. The members of the Women United of United Way of Stanislaus County are proud to be a part of this effort.
These local women can - and do - make a difference by taking a leadership role in advancing United Way's work, and making a personal financial commitment, focused on women and youth.
