Community Impact

United Way's Impact Councils, made up of expert volunteers, determine and prioritize health and human service needs.  They set community goals and fund programs that can achieve those goals.  They also monitor results, making sure that a measurable difference is being made in the community.  United Way has identified five specific areas where we will focus our efforts. We are investing in five impact areas to make the greatest impact in our community.
